Featuring a monocoque case of carbon-reinforced resin framed in metal for a lighter weight and more durable timepiece. The metal frame connects with a multilayer bezel forged from laminated sheets of carbon- and glass-fiber that are heat-pressed to form a base plate and then cut to form. The layered-composite band results in a lighter watch with even more detailed metal texture. G-SHOCK MT-G MTG-B2000XD has its distinctive weave of carbon fibers across the top bezel and a newly developed green-and-black laminated pattern along the sides.
